INTRODUCTION
Eminent Concepts Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates multiple apps and platforms.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which the Company
handles returns, refunds, and wallet funding across its platforms and apps including Game4Pay and e-commerce platforms.
Different platforms managed by the Company may have distinct
policies depending on their nature and purpose.
1. GAME4PAY (WALLET FUNDING)
The Game4Pay app is a wallet funding and gaming payment platform. Payments made to fund a Game4Pay wallet are final and not eligible for returns. Users may, however, withdraw funds from their Game4Pay wallet in accordance with the platform’s withdrawal terms and applicable fees.
2. E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS (PHYSICAL GOODS)
For purchases made through our e-commerce platforms, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
- The return request is submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and documentation, unless otherwise instructed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to several business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Note: Returns submitted after 7 working days from delivery will not be accepted.
3. RETURN PROCESS

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable).
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team, including approved shipping methods and return authorization (if required).
- Ship the item within the timeframe provided. Returns not received within the allowed period may be refused.
4. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may be ineligible for returns, including but not limited to digital goods, downloadable content, software licenses, perishable items, and any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. If an item is unavailable for return, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or order confirmation.

If you experience any problem during a wallet funding payment on Game4Pay (e.g., duplicate charges, failed transactions, or incorrect debits), please contact our Game4Pay Support Team immediately at [email protected] with transaction details so we can investigate and assist.
